3.1 You can create your own profile(curriculum Vitae) and make any types of  amendments. This will help you update your details for your kind of job.

4.Data

5.Disclose Your Information

5.1 www.luckyhrsolution.com.np may ask you to disclose some of your information in a good faith.It is to fill the data form in order to get the right job for the candidates  and to protect the rights and safety of our valued users.

6.Waiver

6.1 There shall be no waiver from the either parties the terms and conditions have to be strictly followed up and any fraud are strictly prohibited.

7.Returns and Replace policy

7.1 www.luckyhrsoluton.com.np do not entertain any return policy but we do have a replace policy. The details for the return policy can be found under the agreement between both the parties.

9.2 Termination will be instantly permitted by Lucky Hr without  any notice.The motive of some termination shall include but not limited to

a: Violation of the terms and conditions or other clauses.

b: Security reasons or creating fraud account.

c: Non payment of the fees accepted at the time of agreement.

10. Liability limit

10.1 The website  owner  shall not be liable for any failure, loss of information or damage arising from failure of the appropriate use of the product and services and breakdown of the system and trespassing into the system by unauthorized  representatives or hackers.

11. Jurisdiction

11.1 This agreement and this website are the subject to the laws of Government of Nepal .If there is any dispute between you and www.luckyhrsolution.com.np that may result judicial proceedings then you you must submit to the jurisdiction of the court of Nepal.
